• We are looking for volunteers to support our analog photography workshops for children.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist instructors during analog photography workshops

    • Help children with camera use and basic photography processes

    • Prepare and organize equipment during workshops

    • Support film loading and collection processes

    • Assist with darkroom printing preparations

    • Help maintain a safe and organized workshop environment

    • Support the collection and organization of equipment at the end of workshops

  • We are looking for volunteers to support the registration and archival processes for children participating in our workshops.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize participant registration information

    • Update and archive participant lists

    • Digitally archive children’s photography work

    • Assist with scanning negatives and organizing them in digital folders

    • Help maintain a well-organized film and print archive

    • Support the maintenance of Fotohane’s digital archive system

  • We are looking for volunteers to support our social media efforts and help reach a wider audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create content for Instagram and other social media accounts

    • Organize photo and video content documenting workshops

    • Assist in planning social media posts

    • Prepare announcements for exhibitions, events, and workshops

    • Monitor social media messages and comments

    • Develop creative content to increase Fotohane’s visibility

  • We are looking for volunteers to support Fotohane’s visual communications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design posters and graphics for exhibitions, events, and workshops

    • Create visual content for social media

    • Prepare visuals and graphics for the website

    • Produce designs consistent with Fotohane’s visual identity

    • Support the design of printed materials for exhibitions and publications

  • Since we host many exhibitions, this role could be very helpful.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support exhibition preparation processes

    • Assist with printing, framing, and arranging photographs

    • Support opening nights and event organization

    • Document exhibitions (photo/video)

    • Communicate with visitors and provide information

We are looking for people who would like to contribute to our work by supporting our workshops, helping with archiving and organizing materials, creating content, assisting with design, and supporting exhibitions and events.
