Fotohane Darkroom is a photography project that provides free analog photography workshops for children and young people. We focus on storytelling, creativity, and learning through film photography.

You can support us by purchasing photo prints, donating, or sharing our work. Every print directly helps fund workshops and materials for children.

Our project is built around children’s perspectives. The photographs are created using analog cameras and developed in our community darkroom. Fotohane is both an art and education project.

A selection of photographs made through our workshops are available as limited prints. All proceeds go back into supporting the project and fund materials for our workshops.

Children learn how to use analog cameras, understand basic photography techniques, and develop their own visual storytelling. They also participate in developing and printing film in the darkroom.
